TO ENTER, YOU MUST READ THE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW AND AGREE TO THE RULES BY CHECKING THE BOX WHERE INDICATED. Printable version of this document (PDF)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Carma Laboratories Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and contest agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, "Contest Parties"), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same households of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest) are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD: You may enter the Contest between 12:00:01 am Central Time ("CT") on 6/9/08 and 11:59:59 pm CT on 9/30/08 ("Contest Period"). Sponsor's time clock is the official clock for this Contest.

TO ENTER: Create an original video describing "How do you Share the CARMEX® Tingle?" ("Entry"). The video must not exceed a maximum of three (3) minutes in length and must include a CARMEX® lip balm product or logo/graphic, which may be downloaded from the contest Web Site, www.sharethetingle.com ("Web Site"). There are two steps to enter your video in the Contest. First, you must register on the Contest Web Site, www.sharethetingle.com, by completing the online registration form. You will be required to provide your YouTube user name at the time you register. If you are not a registered member of YouTube, you will need to register for a free YouTube account at www.youtube.com before you register. Second, log on to www.youtube.com/group/carmex and upload your video to the CARMEX® YouTube Group page (http://www.youtube.com/group/carmex). You must complete both these steps for your video to be entered into the Contest. If you do not register on the Contest Web Site, your Entry will not be eligible for judging. Please retain your video in its original format after uploading it to YouTube, if you are a winner, you may be required to provide your video to Sponsor in the original format as a condition of being awarded a prize. All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm CT on 9/30/08. Entries: must be the original work of the entrant ("Entrant"); may not have won previous awards; may not have been used publicly previously by any third party; must not infringe any third-party's rights; must be suitable for publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent); must not contain obscene or pornographic material; may not contain defamatory statements; may not invade privacy, publicity or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations; may not contain any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos; and may not contain any copyrighted works owned by third parties (with the exclusion of CARMEX® brand assets to be used by Entrants in connection with this Contest). All Entries will be reviewed for content eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being judged. Entries containing prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Sponsor makes the final determination as to what Entries are eligible to take part in this Contest. Submission of an Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant, whether or not such submission is selected as a winning Entry. BY SUBMITTING THE ORIGINAL VIDEO, THE ENTRANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAS ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST NECESSARY TO GRANT THE SPONSOR THE WORLWIDE, IRREVOCABLE AND UNRESTRICTED RIGHT AND LICENSE TO ADAPT, PUBLISH, USE, EDIT, AND/OR MODIFY SUCH ENTRY IN ANY WAY AND POST THE ORIGINAL VIDEO ON THE INTERNET OR USE THE ORIGINAL VIDEO IN ANY OTHER WAY AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SPONSOR HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS TO THE CONTRARY.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: All eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of judges ("Judges") on or about 10/13/08, who will evaluate each eligible Entry based on the following judging criteria:
- Humor - does it make the Judges smile, laugh or wet themselves? (up to 35 points)
- Creativity and originality - is it "tingly"? (up to 30 points)
- Overall appeal – does it make the Judges reach for their CARMEX®? (up to 30 points)
The YouTube rating for each entry (between 0 and 5 stars) will be added to the total score assigned by the Judges (a maximum possible total of 100 points) and the highest scoring entries will be deemed the winning entries ("Winners"), subject to verification. In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be based on the rating, followed by the highest score in the first Judging Criteria, continuing thereafter to each Judging Criteria in order, as needed to break the tie. All submitted Entries and Entrants in this Contest shall be governed by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges and Sponsor. Entrants agree that the Sponsor and Judges have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions of Sponsor and Judges are final and binding. Videos submitted and posted on www.youtube.com may be rated by visitors to that site, however these ratings DO NOT determine Winners nor will they be considered in the judging process.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a five year supply of CARMEX® lip balm awarded in the form of actual products; a Canon VIXIA HF100 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder; and a check payable to Winner in the amount of $5,000 US. ARV: $5,922.35.

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: a five year supply of CARMEX® lip balm awarded in the form of actual products; a Canon VIXIA HF100 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder; and a check payable to Winner in the amount of $500 US. ARV: $1,422.35.

FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: a five year supply of CARMEX® lip balm awarded in the form of actual products and a Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital Elph Camera. ARV: $222.35.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THE CONTEST IS: $11,301.15.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prizes, Grand and First Prize Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at http://www.sharethetingle.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest. This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, with venue in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: All online entrants must have a valid YouTube account. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Contest Parties resulting from user's participation in or attempt to participate in the Contest or download any information in connection with participating in the Contest. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Contest Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Contest, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site or the YouTube web site, in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsor and the Contest Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Contest, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site. By participating in the Contest, the entrant thereby releases Sponsor and Contest Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Contest, and agrees to resolve any dispute individually, without resort to any class action. By accepting a prize in the Contest, Winners agree that the Sponsor and Contest Parties shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or any travel related thereto. Except if Winner is a resident of TN, or where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, Winner grants permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
WINNER LIST/RULES REQUEST: For Winner names or Official Rules, log on to www.sharethetingle.com/rules. Winner names and Official Rules will be available on the Web Site for 30 days after Winners are determined.
